Weekly Inspiration: Southern Oregon- Cascade Massage Clinic, Crater Lake, Papaya Living
November 2, 2014
This week, I have found inspiration from a recent roadtrip to Southern Oregon. Having had the intention to travel here for some time, I took a visit Ashland and also dropped by Crater Lake to take in the magnificent views. The tranquil beauty during this transformational season helped seal in the peace and grounding brought about during this time of year. Highlights from the trip include:
Cascade Massage Therapy Clinic- in keeping my commitment to receiving weekly massage, I took a visit to Ruby at her office near downtown Ashland. She provided a very well balanced session, focusing on some upper and middle trapezius work. Ruby's has a very creative and flowing massage technique was very much appreciate.
Papaya Living- I have finally finished the massage space with some divine inspiration given to me from the Papaya Living shop in downtown Ashland. I love to spend time admiring this artist's cards and other products but to see the selection they have at the storefront from clothing, home decor to the Papaya artwork was time well spent. Picked up some of this artwork and creative energy to bring along to the office.
Crater Lake- Finally, my maiden voyage to Crater Lake has taken place. The time was full of breathtaking views and drops of sweat. Hiked to the top of Garfield peak to capture the entire lake as well as Phantom Ship and Wizard Island. It is beyond interesting to learn more about the geology from all of my friends and family as I spark more conversation about this magical place. Next visit, I plan to see it covered in snow.
