Her practice is an integration various modalities including: deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Reiki and clinical massage. Each session with Shelby is a personalized experience drawing upon her technical expertise and perceptive intuition. Her enthusiasm and passion for bodywork are continually ignited by those she works with-- as she continues to learn through her clients, mentors, and regular study.
Practicing and studying yoga for over a decade, and a previous instructor of Barre & Pilates. Shelby sees an ideal balance between realigning the body's patterns of movement through massage and self-care while rebuilding these habits healthfully through mindful fitness.

Carly's dedication to serve through bodywork and therapeutic touch took place organically as she walked the path toward wellness and healing within. She began her studies with breath work which led her to diving further into the study the of the human body at Sage School of Massage here in Bend. Massage therapy has given Carly the space to provide a place to help others release through many modalities such as swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping and gua sha. Each session delivers a tailored treatment specific to what the client needs in the moment. She thoroughly enjoy furthering my studies, continuing my education and my passion for bodywork is warmly driven from the joy of my clients and each of my teachers.
Carly has found happiness through her on-going practice of self care & self love and believes massage goes hand in hand with our mental, physical and emotional health.
